Essential Pre-Tattoo Precautions

• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
• Let us know about any medications you’re taking, recent treatments, or past health issues.
• If your skin is tanned, consider postponing to ensure the best result.
• Book your session in advance—appointments are mandatory.
• We reserve the right to pause your session if you arrive under the influence of any substance.

Tattoo Upkeep

Cleaning

• Gently rinse the tattoo with clean, room-temperature water twice or three times daily.
• Pat dry in the direction of hair growth using a paper towel.

Ointment

• After cleaning, wait about 30 minutes, then apply a very thin layer of the recommended ointment.
• Using too much ointment can blur the lines of your tattoo.

Routine

• Perform the cleaning and ointment steps once each morning before your shower and once at night, two hours before bed.
• Continue this routine for 10–15 days, or as advised by your artist.

Important Healing Guidelines

• No alcohol for 10–15 days.
• Avoid spicy, starchy, citric, or very hot foods during this period.
• Do not use soap, shampoo, or expose the tattoo to water when bathing for 10–15 days.
• Keep your tattoo away from direct sunlight, dust, stress, and heavy sweating.
• Skip strenuous activities—gym workouts, running, lifting—until fully healed.
• No swimming, waxing, henna, or other skin treatments for 45–60 days.
• Shield your tattoo from unclean environments and wind exposure when riding a bike for 10–15 days.
